Salisbury Pro-Wear TM Arc Flash Gloves are available in ATPV ratings of 12 to 100 cal/cm2*.

These gloves are sewn with Nomex® thread. The 100 cal/cm2 rated gloves are made from TuffWeld® (60% Lenzing FRTM - 40% Kevlar®) and Q/9® layered material. The 12 to 55 cal/cm2 gloves have a 9oz./yd2 (305 g/m2) SEF (self extinguishing fiberTM) modacrylic lining and Indura Ultra Soft® outer shell. The shell make up varies depending on the level of protection:

12 CAL/CM - single layer of 9 oz./yd2 (305 g/m2) Indura Ultra Soft

 

20 CAL/CM - single layer of 13 oz./yd2 (441 g/m2) Indura Ultra Soft

 

31 CAL/CM - 9 oz./yd2 (305 g/m2) over 7 oz./yd2 (237 g/m2) Indura Ultra Soft

 

40 CAL/CM - 13 oz./yd2 (441 g/m2) over 5.5 oz./yd2 (186 g/m2) Indura Ultra Soft

 

55 CAL/CM2 - 13 oz./yd2 (441 g/m2) over 13 oz./yd2 (441 g/m2) Indura Ultra Soft

 

100 CAL/CM - 10 oz./yd2 (339 g/m2) TuffWeld over 2 layers - 9.4 oz./yd2 (319 g/m2) Q/9® batting
